Respected Sir,
As per
above subjects & reference letters I wish to inform you, that you are on
one of the respected position of Prime minister of India who is a part
of one of the largest Democracy of the world.
In Village
MAHAN, Taluka Barshitakali, District Akola, (Maharashtra State), India my Late
father scientist Mr.Shantaram Bapurao Janorkar, B.Sc. (Agri.) carried
out research on different subjects and Renowned Mathematician Hon.
professor Dr.T.M.Karade sir (Ex Vice-Chancellor, Indiana
University, Raipur) & Hon. Professor Dr. Shriram Patil sir (Ex
Dean, Faculty of Science, Mumbai University, Mumbai) have
given positive opinion on research and principles carried out by my father.
I did not have
financial position to do all these activities & even today my position is
same, despite of that for last 17 years, I am working on this activity with my
hand earned money trying to
scientifically establish research done by my father and to ensure that India
get recognition worldwide in the fields of Mathematics - Science -Spirituality, I have
been sending letters to respected persons in Maharashtra & India from 20th
June 1996 & also I sent to tally 108 letters in the period from
15/09/2011 to 31/12/2011 To Hon. Former President of India Mrs. Pratibhatai
Devisingji Patil by speed post & these letters contained opinions
given by above mentioned mathematicians regarding research work of my father
For establishing the
research work done by my father Hon'ble Late Shri Shantaram Bapurao Janorkar in
the field of mathematics-science-spiritual in different subjects I am
making continuous efforts at different level, however the Government, Universities, Educational Boards
failed to bring all the research work of my father before the world. Hence Hon.Prof.Dr.T.M.Karde sir (D.Sc., D.Sc) has given me idea to establish
the society in the name of my father “Shantaram
Janorkar Foundation of Mathematics” so benefits of research and logic establish by my father can be taken by
public, students and scientists and hence I can solve and explain the problems in mathematics which are unsolved
and unexplained in the Marathi (vernacular) language.

In CERN Laboratory in Switzerland there are
120 Indian scientist from Department of Science and Technology (DST),
working on behalf of Govt. of India on making the experiment successful for
which formula shall be as follows: In Large Hadron Collider machine if 93000
magnets are attached instead of 9300 magnets, then Proton draught bombarding
on each other 60 Crores times will reduce to 6 Crores times and
that way secret of creation of world will be disclosed. To
successfully conclude this experiment there is no other option. If scientists
want success in this experiment then they need to follow this principle.
I am going to publish all this research work in Mathematical language, which was
originally in Marathi (vernacular) language, in the international journal. I
have prepared the first paper on the formula of “GOBA CHA SWAYAMSHIDHA SIDHANTA WA SUTRACHA AADHARACHE SPASTIKARAN” (“The self - proving theorem of Goba and its explanation on the
basis of a formula”) and to formulate this in mathematical language Prof.D.T.Solanke Sir has
co-operated me. In the abstract of this paper to write the first important
paragraph, Hon.Prof.Dr.T.M.Karade Sir (D.Sc., D.Sc) has given me guidance and
help, which is as under - The value of an irrational number pi is determined from the
ancient times up to the modern super computer era. In this paper author Late
Shri Shantaram Bapurao Janorkar has conjunctured the rational number ,
Christened “GOBA” by introducing some concept with references to a circle is
nomenclature is like π (Pi), but it is not an irrational number. Its value is computed
as 3.141592653
I am requesting
Government of India on behalf of entire Indian population to please support
& help in all possible ways to this Foundation which will help in pride of
India in the fields of Mathematics - Science
- Spirituality. If our
Government supports this Foundation, it will create scientists in areas of Mathematics-Science-Spirituality in
India. I am confident that your government will definitely support this
Institution. As a son of India I
expect this from you
